BeeSmart Spelling Bee (the “App”) is designed for children and families. We do not sell data, we do not show ads, and we do not build advertising profiles.

What data we handle

• Account data: The App can be used without a personal account. If an adult account is used, we store only the minimum necessary information (e.g., email) to operate the service.
• Camera and microphone (optional): When you choose, the App may access the device camera to take a picture (e.g., of a worksheet) and the microphone for voice spelling input. These are initiated by the user and used only to provide the selected feature.
• Network requests: The App connects to our secure BeeSmart servers to fetch word definitions and process features. We log basic, non‑personal diagnostics (e.g., error codes, timestamps) to keep the service reliable.

How information is used

• To provide spelling quizzes, hints, and pronunciation features.
• To keep the App reliable and secure (bug fixes, abuse prevention).
• We do not use your data for ads or third‑party marketing.

Children & Families

This App participates in Google Play’s Designed for Families program and is intended for use by children under adult supervision. We follow principles consistent with COPPA where applicable.

Sharing

We do not share personal data with third parties except as necessary to operate the service (e.g., secure hosting providers). We do not sell data.

Retention

Content captured via camera or microphone is used only to perform the requested feature and is not retained longer than necessary to provide that feature, unless an adult explicitly saves it.

Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and industry‑standard safeguards. No system is perfect; if you believe there is a security issue, please contact us immediately.

Your choices

• You can use the App without enabling camera or microphone. Core features remain available.
• You can request removal of account‑associated information by contacting support.
